In all my interactions they have been up front, honest and fair. They even went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about the experience as a customer. They are a dealership that wants to do more than sell you a car, they want to make sure you are happy and the car fits your needs.

I leased a Camry from Don Joseph. While working out the details, we had to add more money three times in order to get to the payment we were ok with after the first agreement. We agreed To go ahead with the deal anyway to get out of a worse deal from Fred Martin. We decided to buy the Camry but wanted to go through our own bank so we could get a better rate. We have had nothing but trouble with Don Joseph in trying to get this deal done. Even my finance manager at the bank is astounded by how Don Joseph is handling all this. We have had to rework this deal with them two times now and still have yet to find out if this second time is actually going to go through or not due to their incompetence. Janine was very rude on the phone and even hung up on our bank official. When we got ahold of the general manager, he assured us that everything would be taken care of, but went back on his word which is what caused us to have to rework the deal. We also bought a Rav 4 from Don Joseph that was supposed to be 4wd but was not. We will never return to Don Joseph.

Dan Schrier was very good to work with. He listened to our needs, wants, and concerns and made good suggestions for us. He was not pushy or overbearing--which is what we like. On Febuary 18, I went to Don Joseph to look at a Jeep Liberty. This is when I met Andrew, He had pulled the Jeep into the garage to take a look at it. Andrew said we would go on a test drive after we got some information. We started to talk about the price ect about the Jeep. During the wheeling and dealing for the Jeep I ask Andrew about 4 times about taking the Jeep to my Garage to have it check out for my peace of mind. I was told the remaining warrenty on the Jeep would take care of my concern? Or as Andrew said We dont have a crystal ball to tell the future about the Jeep. after spending the entire day at Don Joseph and they where pulling the Jeep into the Garage I noticed a back up light was out and all so that one or more of the wippers was in shreds, When asking Andrew he told me they would fix the wipper but all Jeeps have just one back up light. I did not just fal off the wagon Andrew. This is something that would have taken 10 minuts to fix. After spending at lest 6 or seven hours marinating in the show room the deal was done and I drove home with the Jeep. Thank you Bob Ringo for fixing the problem for me. Thiis showed me that all Andrew wonted was to sell the car and to xxxx with the customer. The other people at Don Joseph are very helpful. So far the Jeep seems to be ok. As for Andrew I would have to say ( Cavet Emptor) Let the buyer beware. Andrew needs to listen to the buyer.

High pressure sales tactics from John Bowers on the new car side of the dealership. He told me to "sit down" when I started walking away from his high pressure sales tactics. Sarcastically called me a 'financial advisor' for my international friend who I was helping buy a car. Don Joseph has a long standing reputation as having high pressure, rude sales staff. I wrongly assumed that things must have gotten better in the last few years.

I went to this dealship a few times to look at their inventory. I was greeted outside on the lot Rod. He is a young man, very polite and asked if he could provide me with any assistance. I told him that I was just looking around. He handed me one of his cards which I thought was very cool since he told me that his wife designed it for him. Any ways I came back the second time to the Don Joseph and went inside in which I again ran into Rod. He didn't remember me at first but I told him that I appreciate his very polite approach the other day. Long story short we purchased a used vehicle for my daughter and she loved it. Rod was very helpful and very patient with us both. Although we both made Rod really work on this one since we kept bouncing around three different vehicles. Poor Rod..he made the entire process was easy, fun, and we could not ask for a better saleman. He was very open and up front with us. I wanted to write this review since he did such a wonderful job and wanted to spread the work of his great work. This guy is going to go places. I cannot express how great of a experience we both had. I am going to go back to trade in my vehicle for a new Camry and only will work with "hotrod". Too bad he is married... I would of love for him to take my daughter out.

I went to the dealer to purchase a second vehicle (RAV 4, 4 wheel drive). I test drove a RAV 4 4WD in silver, after the drive the sales rep asked how the test drive went and I mentioned that I would prefer a black vehicle. She mentioned that they had a black RAV 4 4WD in stock. Worked through pricing and trade in values for two cars I was trading in and worked through all the paper work. The car that was delivered to the pick-up location was not a RAV 4 4WD, but a FWD version. I was informed by the owner that they had made a mistake (incorrect VIN was entered into the system) and I would have to pay an additional $1200 for the vehicle I wanted. The deal was reversed, my check and titles were returned and I left the dealership. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I had previously purchased a Corolla from this dealer last year. This was a very disappointing experience.

I don't usually write reviews of companies or products but I was so pleased that I wanted to take a minute and publicly say thank you and share how pleased I was. I bought a Toyota RAV4 from Brian J. Adams last week and he was extremely helpful and very professional. I was very pleased with the dealership and look forward to buying our next car from Brian also (and with two teenagers in the home, it won't be long before we're back).
